Surviving Third Trimester

Howdy All!

Well I'm well into my pregnancy and am getting really excited. I am 34 weeks now, which is crazy.. considering I really only have 5 weeks left till my due date! WOAH. Things have been getting tougher, but it's doable. I have a bladder infecting which is making things a little more difficult than they need to be. I hope that the medicine I'm on will help get me through this fast. Right now I'm only a few days into my medication and I'm not feeling to much of an improvement.

My doctor's appointments have been going well. At my last apointment I gained another pound, which is good. That means within the last two weeks I have gained 1/2 pound a week. I will be honest. I love being pregnant, but I can't wait for this little guy to get out soon!

We have been trying to prepare for this little guy. Our baby shower is at the end of this month and I'm excited for it. I know there probably won't be that many people there, but thats okay. I like celebrating with whoever comes. I really need to start getting some things organized around our house. Well, I have a lot of the house organized but I need to figure out where Jaden's stuff is gonna go. Wow. In an apartment this size.. I think that is easier said then done. We have one room left that needs to be tackled and then I feel ready... er.. readier ( is that a word?)

As you know Valentines day is comming up. Aaron suprised me by telling me we are going to our favorite Bed & Breakfast to have a little mommy and daddy getaway before our little man gets here. I think it will be nice to just have a little "us" time before everything really begins. Let's just hope and pray Jaden doesn't decide to come THAT early. In any case it will be a good time. I think Aaron wants to go out to a nice dinner. That will be nice! I just can't wait!!! YIPPIE!
